The Hatch Community Youth Fund will pay scholarship awards directly to the organization hosting the program on this application after being directly billed by the organization or will reimburse payment made by the parent or guardian upon receipt of proof of payment. Please attach proof of payment and send to administrator@thehatchfund.org or mail to Hatch Community Youth Fund, P.O. Box 195, Castine, ME 04421 Initiation of billing to the Hatch Community Youth Fund is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Please select the preferred payment plan:
